Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers are a flat $200 for the first 2 hours — every turnover, no exceptions — and $100 for each additional hour after that. That covers linen change, restocking, trash removal and photo-ready results, so your listing is guest-ready. Same-day turnovers are available Monday through Friday.

Yes. Move out cleaning and move in cleaning start at $249. We deep clean empty homes and apartments — inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and fridge, all baseboards and leftover marks — so tenants get their deposit back and landlords get a rental that is ready to show.

Yes. Apartment cleaning and condo cleaning are a big part of what we do, especially in Irvine, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. Residential cleaning for a studio or one-bedroom starts around $99 per visit, and we work with tenants, owners and property managers alike.

No. SparkleIt Cleaning works Monday through Friday only, 7am to 8pm. If you need a weekend date, we will book you on the closest weekday instead.

We always send a team of two cleaners — never just one. The same trusted, background-checked pair comes to your home every visit, so nobody has to be re-trained on how you like things done.

Yes. We bring all our own eco-friendly, non-toxic supplies and equipment at no extra charge, and they are safe around children and pets. If you would rather we used your own products, just leave them out and let us know.

No. There is no charge when you book and no deposit. We confirm your cleaning first, then email you a secure link to pay — and you can also pay once the job is finished.

A few days ahead is usually enough for recurring cleaning. For move-out cleaning or a same-day Airbnb turnover, call or text us — we can often fit those in on short notice. Booking online takes about two minutes.

Recurring house cleaning starts at $120 per visit ($99 for a studio or small one-bedroom), and we quote it in person — we come out, look at your place and give you the exact price, free and with no obligation. Jobs billed by the hour are fixed: deep cleaning $249 for the first 2 hours, then $100 for each additional hour; move-in/move-out $249 for the first 2 hours, then $100/hour; Airbnb turnovers $200 for the first 2 hours, then $100/hour. Please call us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice may be subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure online payment system, as well as cash and personal checks. A $100 deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due after service.

No. We bring our own cleaning products and vacuums. To protect your home and our team we use products that do not contain bleach or ammonia. If you prefer that we use your own cleaning products, please provide them.

Our team loves animals! However, for everyone's safety we ask that pets be secured or kept in a separate area during cleaning. We do not clean litter boxes or cages, but we'll happily wash their bowls if asked.

No. If you won't be home, please ensure we have access via keys, alarm codes or other instructions. We keep all access information securely stored.

A standard cleaning covers all rooms top-to-bottom: kitchen (counters, exterior of appliances, sink, stovetop, microwave, floors), bathrooms (toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirrors, floors, fixtures), bedrooms (dust, vacuum, beds made), and living areas (dust, vacuum, surfaces, high-touch sanitization). Trash and recycling go out. Over 30 tasks total.

Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard clean PLUS: baseboards, inside oven, inside fridge, ceiling fans, blinds, window tracks, scrubbed grout, behind/under furniture, and more thorough attention to hard-to-reach areas. Recommended every 3–6 months or before/after recurring service starts. Starts at $249.
