What is the cost of service?

Every home is unique. Your cleaning estimate depends on the size of your home, the number of residents and pets, the number of bathrooms and the frequency of service. That’s why we offer a free in‑home consultation to provide the most accurate quote possible. Your estimate covers both the initial deep clean and regular maintenance visits so there are no surprises.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Give us a call Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm at 714‑882‑0991, or email us anytime at info@sparkleit.cleaning. We respond to emails within 24 hours.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Please call us at 714‑882‑0991 at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We’re unable to accept cancellations by email. Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee. You’re always welcome to reschedule to a new time that works for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, personal checks and PayPal.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring our own cleaning products and vacuums. To protect your home and our team we use products that do not contain bleach or ammonia. If you prefer that we use your own cleaning products, please provide them. When supplying your own products, we cannot be held responsible for any damage they may cause.

What is your pet policy?

Our team loves animals! However, for everyone’s safety we ask that pets be secured or kept in a separate area during cleaning. We do not clean litter boxes or cages, nor do we feed pets, but we’ll happily wash their bowls if asked.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. If you won’t be home, please ensure we have access via keys, alarm codes or other instructions. We keep all access information securely stored. If you have an alarm system, consider setting up a unique code for us.
