How we work

The Same Team, Every Visit

We send two cleaners to every job, and where possible the same two people each time. It matters more than it sounds. A team that already knows your home knows which floor needs the gentle mop, which dog hides under the bed and which shelf you would rather nobody touched. Two people also finish in half the time, which means less of your day spent with someone else in the house.

We bring everything — products, cloths, vacuum. Our products are eco-friendly, with no bleach or ammonia, because homes with children and pets should not smell like a swimming pool afterwards. If you prefer your own products, leave them out and we will use them.

What Twenty Years Taught Us

Since 2006 we have cleaned apartments, family houses, vacation rentals and homes that had not seen a deep clean in years. A few things come up again and again. Dust on top of things — cabinets, door frames, fans — is what makes a room feel dirty even after the floors are done. Bathrooms need soak time, not more scrubbing. And the kitchen is the room every client checks first.

We also learned to say no. We do not move heavy furniture, we do not scrub grout or re-caulk, and window washing is a separate job. Promising everything is how cleaning companies end up rushing and doing all of it badly.

Licensed, Insured and Local

SparkleIt is a family business, not a franchise or an app that sends whoever is available. We are licensed (#156895), bonded and insured, we live in Orange County, and our name is on every job. That is also why we work Monday to Friday only — our team gets weekends with their families, the same way you do.

If something is not right, tell us the same day and we come back to fix it. Most of our work comes from neighbours telling neighbours, and that only keeps happening if every home is done properly.
