The services above assume a household without pets. If you have pets, we'll need to spend extra time to keep your home pristine. For the safety of our team, we do not clean litter boxes or cages, but we're always happy to wash your pet's bowls!
Every home is different, so we price by the time your home actually needs — never by a guess over the phone.
Your first visit is a deep cleaning, from $249. That covers the first two hours of work with a team of two cleaners. Each additional hour is $100. A small, well-kept apartment often fits in the base time, while a larger family home that has not had a professional clean in a while usually needs more. We tell you on site before any extra time starts, so the final amount is never a surprise.
After that first deep clean, recurring visits start from $120. Weekly visits are from $120, bi-weekly from $139 and monthly from $159. The exact recurring price is set during the first visit, once we know your home. There are no contracts and no cancellation traps — you can pause or stop whenever you want.
Add-ons take extra time rather than a flat fee. Inside the oven adds about 30 minutes, inside the fridge about 30 minutes. Cabinets inside and garage cleaning are quoted the same way, by time.
Nothing is charged when you book. You pay after the work is finished — cash, Venmo, Zelle or a secure card link, whatever suits you.
1. Tell us about your home. Bedrooms, bathrooms, rough square footage and anything that needs special attention. You can do it in two minutes on our booking page or by text.
2. We confirm the date and arrival time. You get an email with the agreed day and a window such as "around 8:30 AM", so you are not waiting all morning.
3. A team of two arrives with everything needed. Always two cleaners, always the same trusted team, with all supplies and eco-friendly products that are safe for kids and pets. You do not need to be home — many clients leave a key or a gate code.
4. You look around, then pay. Walk through with us if you are there, tell us if anything needs another pass, and settle up once you are happy.
We clean Monday through Friday across Orange County, including Irvine, Anaheim, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Fullerton.
No. Most of our clients are at work. Leave us a key, a lockbox or a gate code and we will lock up when we finish.
Yes, everything — products, cloths and vacuum. Our products are eco-friendly, with no bleach or ammonia, so they are safe around children and pets. If you prefer we use your products, just leave them out.
No. We clean Monday through Friday only, so our team gets its weekends with family, just like you.
Always two. Two people finish in half the time and check each other's work, which is why our results stay consistent visit after visit.
We do not move heavy furniture, scrub grout or re-caulk, and window washing is a separate service with its own quote. We would rather tell you honestly than promise something and disappoint you.
