SparkleIt has been the trusted cleaning choice for Newport Coast families since 2006. From the hillside homes along Nohl Ranch Road to the neighborhoods near Canyon High School — we know this area and serve it with pride.
Newport Coast families are busy. Between work, school, and weekend activities, who has time to deep clean? That's where we come in. Our team handles the cleaning so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends with your family.
Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning starts at just $120/visit. You get the same team every time, eco-friendly products safe for kids and pets, and a home that always feels fresh.
Newport Coast homes are built from materials that punish the wrong cleaner. Natural stone throughout, walls of glass facing open water, and finishes chosen by designers rather than for durability. The damage a careless visit does here is not a stain — it is permanent, and it is expensive.
Marble, limestone and travertine are calcium carbonate, which means acid dissolves them. Vinegar, lemon, bathroom descalers and most general-purpose sprays will etch a marble counter or a limestone floor — a dull patch where the surface has been eaten away, not a mark sitting on top of it. Polishing does not remove it; it needs a stone restorer with diamond pads.
So in these houses everything stone gets pH-neutral cleaner, barely damp, dried behind. No abrasive pads anywhere, ever. Honed limestone in particular shows every drop of standing water, so drying is not optional. If your stone has already etched, we will tell you and recommend a restorer rather than scrubbing at it.
The view is the reason the house exists, and salt films that glass constantly. It needs dissolving and drying — a dry cloth over salt grinds it across the pane. Interiors and anything reachable from a two-step ladder we do; upper-floor exteriors on these lots are a specialist job with proper equipment and we say so rather than doing it badly.
Not square footage. The number of bathrooms, the amount of stone and glass, and how many rooms are genuinely in daily use. A large house where two people occupy a wing is a shorter visit than a smaller one in constant use. We quote after seeing the house.
Estate homes are quoted individually after a walk-through. For reference, regular cleaning starts at $120 a visit and a first deep clean at $249 for the first two hours, then $100 per hour. The total is agreed before we start; nothing is charged at booking.

This is the list we follow in every Newport Coast home. If a cleaner cannot recite something like it, they should not be in a house with marble in it.
If you are not sure what your counters actually are, we will tell you on the first visit. A lot of people have been cleaning marble as though it were granite for years.
No hidden fees. No surprise add-ons. Same price every visit for recurring clients.

Estate homes usually come with other arrangements — a house manager, a nanny, gardeners, a pool service, trades in and out. We are one part of that and we behave like it.

pH-neutral cleaner, barely damp, dried behind, and no abrasive pads ever. Marble, limestone and travertine are calcium carbonate, so acid dissolves them — vinegar, lemon, bathroom descalers and most all-purpose sprays etch the stone itself, leaving a dull patch that polishing will not remove. That needs a stone restorer with diamond pads, which is why we are careful rather than fast.
Only partly, and it is a common misunderstanding. A sealer buys you time to wipe a spill before it soaks in; it does not stop acid etching the surface. Something acidic left sitting overnight will still leave a ring on sealed marble. If we find one, you hear about it — early is when a restorer can still help.
Interiors and anything reachable from a two-step ladder, yes. Upper-floor exteriors on these lots are a specialist job with proper equipment and we say so rather than doing it badly. Salt films that glass constantly and needs dissolving and drying — a dry cloth over salt grinds it across the pane and leaves a smear you see the moment the sun hits it.
We take direction from whoever runs the house — tell us once if that is a manager rather than you. We work around other trades without commentary and do not report on them to anyone. Gate, code and alarm are set up once and used by the same two people every visit, and closed rooms stay closed with no charge and no question.
