A quick look at real spaces and real results — eco-friendly products, the same trusted team, every visit.

SparkleIt has been the trusted cleaning choice for Dana Point families since 2006. From the hillside homes along Nohl Ranch Road to the neighborhoods near Canyon High School — we know this area and serve it with pride.
Dana Point families are busy. Between work, school, and weekend activities, who has time to deep clean? That's where we come in. Our team handles the cleaning so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends with your family.
Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning starts at just $120/visit. You get the same team every time, eco-friendly products safe for kids and pets, and a home that always feels fresh.
Dana Point wraps around a harbour, climbs a bluff and looks out at open water. Three things follow from that geography, and all three land indoors: salt, marine damp, and a great deal of glass pointed at the view.
On the bluffs and anywhere with a water view, marine aerosol settles on glass and holds moisture, so a window hazes long before ordinary dust would show. Salt has to be dissolved and dried — a dry cloth over salted glass grinds it across the pane and leaves a smear you see the instant the sun hits it.
It also corrodes. Window tracks, hinges, door hardware and anything chrome near an opening will pit years earlier here than the same fitting five miles inland. The answer is not a stronger product, it is rinsing and drying those surfaces regularly, which we do as part of the visit rather than as an extra.
Morning fog rolls in and does not always burn off, and a house that never quite dries out grows mildew at grout lines and window seals faster than people expect. Bathrooms get dried rather than merely cleaned, extractor covers come off and get washed rather than dusted in place, and window tracks are cleared because standing water in a track is where it starts.
Monarch Beach and the newer developments bring modern-finish rules: quartz that dulls permanently under bleach or vinegar, frameless shower glass that must be dried before hard water etches it, matte black hardware whose finish wears off where you scrub hardest. Down toward the harbour and Capistrano Beach there are far older cottages, on original material, that want damp-not-wet floors and hand work on divided panes.
Regular cleaning from $120 a visit. First deep clean $249 for the first two hours, then $100 per hour. Vacation rental turnovers from $200.

Guests out at ten, guests in at four, and in summer the changeover slots fill fast. We work Monday to Friday only. Turnover work runs off a fixed checklist rather than a walkthrough, because the only way to be fast and complete is to do it identically every time.
Turnovers start at $200. If you run more than one unit near the harbour, give us the season's schedule and we will block the time rather than quoting each changeover.
No hidden fees. No surprise add-ons. Same price every visit for recurring clients.
Final price depends on home condition and add-ons. Get a free quote in 60 seconds — book online or call us.
In a house bought for what it looks at, glass is not a detail — it is the main surface in the building. It also gets dirty faster here than anywhere inland, so it is worth being clear about what we do and do not do.
If your glass has already etched from years of salt left to dry, no cleaner can bring it back — that is glass replacement. We will tell you plainly rather than charging you to keep trying.
Salt. On the bluffs and anywhere with a water view, marine aerosol settles on glass and holds moisture, so the pane hazes long before ordinary dust would show. Ground floor and anything reachable from a two-step ladder, yes, on request. Upper-floor exteriors on a bluff lot are a specialist job with proper equipment and we will say so rather than do it badly. We also take screens out and wash them on deep cleans — they hold salt worse than the glass, and a clean window behind a grey screen still looks dirty.
Yes, from $200, on a fixed checklist with timestamped photographs of every room on completion. Sand gets vacuumed out rather than mopped around, since it is abrasive and a damp mop puts fine scratching into floors over a season. Balconies and outdoor furniture too, if they are part of the listing. We turn rentals over Monday to Friday, and summer weekdays fill first — worth blocking the season rather than booking week to week.
We can clean surface growth on grout, silicone and window seals, and the fan cover coming off and being washed rather than dusted in place usually does more than anything else — a loaded cover moves a fraction of the air it should. But if it returns in the same spot, that is airflow or moisture behind the surface, and that needs someone who deals with structure. We will tell you which one you have.
