A quick look at real spaces and real results — eco-friendly products, the same trusted team, every visit.
SparkleIt has been the trusted cleaning choice for Laguna Woods families since 2006. From the hillside homes along Nohl Ranch Road to the neighborhoods near Canyon High School — we know this area and serve it with pride.
Laguna Woods families are busy. Between work, school, and weekend activities, who has time to deep clean? That's where we come in. Our team handles the cleaning so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends with your family.
Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning starts at just $120/visit. You get the same team every time, eco-friendly products safe for kids and pets, and a home that always feels fresh.
Laguna Woods is unusual: the great majority of the city is Laguna Woods Village, a 55-plus community of more than twelve thousand homes — manors, co-ops and condominiums arranged in gated blocks with their own gates, their own roads and their own rules. Cleaning here is a different job in almost every practical respect.
A one or two bedroom manor is a shorter visit than our starting price suggests, and we quote what it actually takes rather than working off a rate card. Nobody should pay a house price for a manor. What these homes do need is thoroughness rather than speed: smaller spaces show everything, and the surfaces people actually touch matter more than floor area.
Village gates, resident authorisation and permit parking are the real logistics here. We set access up once — a standing entry, a pass, or whatever your gate requires — and the same two people use it every visit. If your authorisation needs renewing, we remind you rather than sitting at the gate on the day. We park where the Village allows, not where it is convenient.
A lot of these homes still have their first kitchen and bathroom. Painted cabinets, laminate counters, unsealed grout, and in the older blocks textured ceilings that get dusted dry and never wiped. Mild soap and drying, never degreasers and bleach — the finishes are old enough that stronger chemistry takes them off along with the dirt.
From $120 a visit. The price is agreed before we start and nothing is charged at booking — you pay after the work is done.

Most of our clients here are home while we clean, and a good number have some mobility limitation. That shapes everything about how the visit runs.
If a family member arranges this from out of state, we can send a short note after each visit so they know everything is fine.

Our main service area
A fair amount of our work in the Village is one-off rather than regular — a manor being taken over, prepared for sale, or cleared after a family member has passed. These are quiet jobs and we treat them that way.
Call 657-557-0093 and tell us what is happening — we will give you a straight price and a date, and leave it there.
Usually less. No. We dry behind ourselves rather than leaving floors to air-dry, because a wet floor is a fall risk. We do it without being asked, every visit. We also never move anything permanently — a walker, a chair or a side table stays exactly where you can find it, including in the dark.
We set it up once — a standing entry, a pass, or whatever your gate requires — and the same two people use it every visit. If the authorisation needs renewing we remind you rather than sitting at the gate on the day, and we park where the Village allows rather than where it is convenient.
Yes, and we do it regularly. We can invoice a family member, an executor or a trust rather than the resident, and send a short note after each visit so whoever is arranging it knows everything is fine. Nothing is charged at booking — payment comes after the work is done.
