A quick look at real spaces and real results — eco-friendly products, the same trusted team, every visit.

SparkleIt is based right here in Orange, CA. We've been part of this community since 2006 — cleaning homes from the Orange Historic District to the neighborhoods near Chapman University and Orange Hill.
As your local cleaners, we're never far away. That means reliable scheduling, quick response times, and a team that truly knows Orange. We're not a faceless franchise — we're your neighbors who take pride in keeping Orange homes spotless.
Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning starts at just $120/visit. Same team every time, eco-friendly products, and the kind of personal service you can only get from a local, family-owned business.
Orange has something almost no other city in the county has: roughly a thousand historic structures in and around Old Towne, many of them Craftsman bungalows and Victorians still carrying their original materials. Cleaning those is a different job from cleaning a home built in 2015, and treating them the same is how damage happens.
Old Towne homes typically have narrow-plank hardwood, deep baseboards with detailed profiles, and picture rails that collect dust nobody can see from the floor. The finish on that wood is often decades old and does not tolerate wet mopping — water gets between the boards, swells them, and lifts the finish at the seams.
We use a barely damp microfibre pass on those floors and dry immediately behind it. It takes longer than running a wet mop and it is the difference between preserving a floor and slowly ruining it.
The same goes for the divided-light windows on these houses — dozens of small panes with wooden muntins between them. They cannot be squeegeed like a modern slider; each pane gets done by hand, and glass cleaner has to be kept off the wood or it will strip the finish over time.
Period bathrooms in Old Towne often still have the original hexagonal floor tile with unsealed grout, and chrome or nickel fixtures that pit permanently if you use anything acidic on them. Bar Keeper's Friend on a vintage faucet will take the plating off. We do not use it there, and we would suggest you do not either.
Not everything here is historic, and the other neighborhoods have their own character. Orange Park Acres is horse property — big lots, dirt and arena sand tracked indoors, and homes where the mudroom does most of the work. Mabury Ranch and El Modena are mostly conventional single-family homes where a standard bi-weekly visit is exactly right. Around Chapman University we do a fair number of rentals and student housing, where move-out cleans dominate in May and June.
Our home base is in Orange, which for you means shorter response times and more flexibility on scheduling than you get from a company driving in from another city. If something needs fixing after a visit, we can usually be back the same week.
Regular cleaning starts at $120 per visit. A first deep clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 per additional hour. Historic homes sometimes take longer because of the hand-detail work described above — we will tell you that when we quote, not when we invoice.
Nothing is charged at booking. We agree the price with you first and you pay after the job is done.

Old Towne homes are not fragile, but they are irreplaceable. When something original gets damaged — a floor finish, a nickel fixture, unsealed tile — it does not get repaired, it gets replaced with something newer and worse. So we work to fixed rules here.
If you have had a cleaner leave marks on original surfaces before, tell us where. We would rather know than discover it.
The rental cycle around Chapman runs to a predictable calendar, and it catches people out every year. Leases turn over in late May and June, and every tenant in the neighbourhood wants a cleaner in the same fortnight.
If you are a tenant, book two to three weeks ahead for that window. If you leave it to the last few days, you will be choosing between whoever happens to be free rather than whoever does the job properly — and a deposit is usually worth more than the difference.
A move-out clean is not a regular visit with a different name. It covers inside all cabinets and drawers, inside the oven, inside the fridge, and interior windows — the four things landlords check first and a standard clean does not touch.
For landlords and property managers in Old Towne: we handle turnovers between tenants and can work to a specific handover date. Older units usually need more time than the square footage suggests, particularly the kitchens.
No hidden fees. No surprise add-ons. Same price every visit for recurring clients.
Final price depends on home condition and add-ons. Get a free quote in 60 seconds — book online or call us.
Book online or call. Tell us home size, frequency, and any extras. You get exact price upfront — no follow-up.

30+ task checklist on every visit. Eco-friendly, pet- and kid-safe products. We bring everything.
Lead does final walk-through before we leave. Anything missed? We come back and fix it free — that's our 24-hour guarantee.
Yes, and we are based here, so we know these houses. Fixed rules: no wet mopping on original hardwood, because water in the seams swells boards permanently. Nothing acidic on vintage nickel or chrome — Bar Keeper's Friend will strip the plating off a period tap. No bleach on unsealed hex tile grout, which whitens once then greys faster than before. Divided-light windows pane by pane, cleaner kept off the muntins.
Shorter response times and more flexibility on scheduling than a company driving in from another city. If something needs fixing after a visit we can usually be back the same week rather than at your next appointment.
Yes. That is horse property — big lots, dirt and arena sand tracked indoors constantly, and homes where the mudroom does most of the work. The first stretch of floor inside every door needs genuine attention every visit, and the dust is slightly abrasive so it gets lifted damp rather than dry-dusted across glass and stone.
Yes, and May and June are when they cluster here. It is a fixed list rather than a nicer regular clean: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven including between the door panes, inside and behind the fridge, and window tracks dug out rather than wiped — the most common deduction we see. Book after the furniture is out, and book early for late May.
Regular house cleaning on a weekly, every-other-week or monthly schedule, deep cleans, move-in and move-out work, and one-off visits before family arrives. Most homes here start with a deep clean so every room reaches the same baseline, then settle into a regular visit from $120. We are based in Orange, so we can usually fit an extra visit in at short notice.
It is part of the price, never a line added on top. In practice it means the surfaces hands keep returning to — taps, handles, light switches, flush levers, fridge doors — get a disinfectant that is left wet long enough to actually work rather than wiped off straight away. Because we are based here, we can also come back sooner when someone in the house has been unwell.
People call it both and it is the same thing: the same small team coming to your home on a schedule you set, rather than whoever happens to be free that day. If you want a housekeeping routine where the rooms are done in the same order every visit, tell us once and we keep to it.
Three things cut the list fast. Ask whether the same people come back each visit or whoever is free that day. Ask whether the price you are quoted survives the first visit, or grows once they see the house. And ask for the licence and insurance numbers rather than a badge on a website. We are based in Orange itself, so you can also just call and ask who would be coming.
