Move out cleaning is not a regular clean done harder. With the furniture gone, everything is visible and everything is reachable — and that is exactly how a landlord, a buyer or the next tenant will look at it.
So the work goes where daily cleaning never reaches: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and the refrigerator, along window tracks, baseboards, door frames and vent covers. The marks furniture was hiding get dealt with rather than moved around. Moving in, the same clean means your plates and clothes go into cupboards that were actually cleaned, not just emptied.
A walkthrough follows a predictable route. So does the clean — kitchens and bathrooms disinfected, and every surface the next person will open, touch or look behind.

Better to read it now than to find out the morning of your walkthrough.
None of this is us being difficult — a cleaner who promises all of it is either subcontracting it at a markup or is about to disappoint you. You will get a straight answer about what cleaning can and cannot fix before anyone starts.
$249 covers the first two hours. Each additional hour is $100. You get the total before we start.
Time depends on bathrooms, cabinets and windows far more than on floor area. An empty one-bedroom apartment usually finishes near the starting price. A three or four bedroom house takes longer, because there are simply more cupboards to clean inside and more window tracks to dig out. Nothing is charged until the work is done, and there is no travel surcharge anywhere in the 38+ Orange County cities we cover.
Book for the day after the movers leave, and a day or two before your walkthrough or handover. That order matters: cleaning around furniture leaves exactly the marks an inspection looks for, and the gap before the walkthrough gives you room if the landlord asks for a touch-up. Moving in, book before the furniture arrives — it is the only time the inside of every cupboard is reachable.
Move dates slip constantly, so if yours moved up, call or text 657-557-0093 and we will tell you what is genuinely open — sometimes the same day, when the schedule allows it. We would rather turn a date down than take it and do it badly.

Tell us the address and the date. You get the price up front, and the home is ready for the walkthrough.
