A quick look at real spaces and real results — eco-friendly products, the same trusted team, every visit.

SparkleIt has been the trusted cleaning choice for Seal Beach families since 2006. From the hillside homes along Nohl Ranch Road to the neighborhoods near Canyon High School — we know this area and serve it with pride.
Seal Beach families are busy. Between work, school, and weekend activities, who has time to deep clean? That's where we come in. Our team handles the cleaning so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends with your family.
Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning starts at just $120/visit. You get the same team every time, eco-friendly products safe for kids and pets, and a home that always feels fresh.
This is a small city containing two populations that barely overlap: Old Town, a walkable grid of narrow lots by the pier, and Leisure World, a gated 55-plus community of around nine thousand homes behind its own walls. The cleaning work in each has almost nothing in common with the other.
The lots here are narrow, so the houses went up rather than out — three storeys is common, often with the garage at street level and living space above. That means stairs, and stairs are the part every cleaner underestimates. Treads, the risers behind them and the underside of the handrail collect what nothing else in the house does, and a vacuum going up and down takes genuinely longer than the floor area suggests.
Then there is sand and salt. Sand gets vacuumed out, never mopped around — it is abrasive, and a damp mop grinds it into a wood or tile floor over a season. Salt films the glass and corrodes tracks and hardware years earlier than inland fittings, so it gets dissolved and dried rather than wiped.
And parking: tell us honestly where we can put a vehicle when you book, so we build the walk in rather than discovering it on the morning.
Behind the gates the homes are single-storey, compact and mostly original — painted cabinets, laminate counters, unsealed grout and textured ceilings that get dusted dry and never wiped. A one-bedroom unit is a shorter visit than our starting price suggests and we quote what it actually takes. Access, resident authorisation and parking are arranged once and used by the same two people every visit.
From $120 a visit, often less for a compact unit. First deep clean $249 for the first two hours, then $100 per hour.

A small house is not a quick house. It is a house where everything shows, and where the difference between done and nearly done is obvious the moment you walk in.
If your place is genuinely small, say so on the phone and we will quote it honestly rather than applying a minimum that does not fit.
No hidden fees. No surprise add-ons. Same price every visit for recurring clients.
Final price depends on home condition and add-ons. Get a free quote in 60 seconds — book online or call us.
Living three blocks from the water is worth it, and it has a maintenance cost that shows up indoors. None of it is dramatic; all of it is cumulative.
Homes within a few blocks of the water genuinely need windows done more often than inland ones. That is not upselling — it is where the visible difference is.
Yes. Access, resident authorisation and parking get arranged once and used by the same two people every visit, so you never open the door to a stranger. The homes there are compact and mostly original — a one-bedroom unit is a shorter visit than our $120 starting price suggests and we quote what it actually takes rather than applying a minimum that does not fit.
It takes longer than the floor area suggests, and we quote on the actual layout. Stairs are the part every cleaner underestimates — treads, the risers behind them and the underside of the handrail collect what nothing else in the house does, and a vacuum going up and down three levels is slow work.
It gets vacuumed out, never mopped around. Sand is abrasive and pushing it across wood or tile with a damp mop puts fine scratching into the floor over a season. Entryways first, then slider tracks, which fill with a paste of sand and salt that dries hard and stops the door running.
Tell us honestly when you book — parking is a real constraint on those narrow streets and we would rather build the walk into the time than discover it on the morning. It saves both of us a difficult start to the visit.
