SparkleIt has been the trusted cleaning choice for Lake Forest families since 2006. From the hillside homes along Nohl Ranch Road to the neighborhoods near Canyon High School — we know this area and serve it with pride.
Lake Forest families are busy. Between work, school, and weekend activities, who has time to deep clean? That's where we come in. Our team handles the cleaning so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends with your family.
Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning starts at just $120/visit. You get the same team every time, eco-friendly products safe for kids and pets, and a home that always feels fresh.
This city is really two places that happen to share a name. Around the lakes you have the original 1970s development, built under a canopy of eucalyptus that gave the place its name. Up the hill you have Foothill Ranch, Portola Hills and Baker Ranch — planned, newer, and pressed right up against open country. Same city, different cleaning entirely.
The trees around the original lakes are magnificent and they shed constantly — long dry leaves, strips of bark, a fine seed litter, and in spring a sticky pollen that gets walked indoors and does not brush off. Homes here need real attention at entryways and the first stretch of floor inside every door, every visit, not a pass with a dry mop.
Those houses are also fifty years old now, which brings the familiar list: textured ceilings that get dusted dry and never wiped, original kitchens where painted cabinets and unsealed grout want mild soap rather than degreasers and bleach, and patio slider tracks that fill with leaf litter and grit and need digging out.
Up at the top end the houses are newer and larger, with two-storey entries and windows above the front door that we are honest about: from a two-step ladder we reach the first landing level and the tops of doors and cabinets, and we do not put an extension ladder over a staircase. That is a specialist job with proper equipment.
These homes also back onto genuinely open hillside, so they take wind-blown dust through the dry months and ash after any fire in the area. During Santa Ana season a weekly visit does noticeably more up there than a fortnightly one, and we will tell you if we think you are on the wrong schedule.
Regular cleaning from $120 a visit. First deep clean $249 for the first two hours, then $100 per hour. Nothing is charged at booking.

Nearly every part of Lake Forest sits under a homeowners association, and several are gated. That adds a layer of practical detail that has nothing to do with cleaning, and getting it wrong wastes your time as much as ours.
None of this is complicated, but it is the difference between a cleaner who slots into your week and one you have to manage.
No hidden fees. No surprise add-ons. Same price every visit for recurring clients.
Final price depends on home condition and add-ons. Get a free quote in 60 seconds — book online or call us.
If you live up against the hills, you already know that a fire anywhere in the corridor means fine ash indoors within a day, whether or not you are anywhere near the flames. There is a right and a wrong way to deal with it and the wrong way scratches things.
If there has been a fire nearby, call and we will move you up rather than making you wait for your regular slot.
Yes, and we set access up once rather than every week — code, clicker or a standing entry on the guest list, whichever your association uses, and the same two people use it every visit. If your gate needs the authorisation renewed periodically, we will remind you. Tell us where to park and that is where we park.
The eucalyptus canopy that gives Lake Forest its name sheds constantly — long dry leaves, strips of bark, fine seed litter, and a sticky spring pollen that gets walked in and does not brush off. Entryways and the first stretch of floor inside every door need genuine attention every visit rather than a pass with a dry mop.
Do not dry-dust it — ash is abrasive and a dry cloth grinds it across glass and polished surfaces, and that scratching is permanent. It needs damp microfibre, one direction, with the cloth rinsed often, and vacuuming before anything wet touches a floor or sill. Change your HVAC filter as soon as the air clears. Call us and we will move you up rather than making you wait for your regular slot.
Not all of them, and we would rather say so. From a two-step ladder we reach the first landing level and the tops of doors and cabinets. We do not put an extension ladder over a staircase — no insured cleaner should. The glass above a two-storey entry is a specialist job with proper equipment.
