Almost all of it sits inside an HOA, and almost every move ends with a walkthrough of the oven, the fridge, the cabinets and the bathrooms.
A move out clean covers all of that, plus closets, baseboards and window tracks. We come from Orange, with no travel charge.
Many condo complexes here have fireplaces, small patios and attached garages. Landlords and buyers look at the fireplace glass and surround, the patio slider track and the garage entry as well as the kitchen. We clean all of them inside. Ash inside the firebox is swept out where it is cool and safe to do so.
Leasing offices usually give a written move out checklist and set hours for key return. Send us the checklist and the deadline with the booking, and we plan the clean to finish in time.
In a two story family house the time goes into the kitchen cabinets, three or more bathrooms, the staircase and the windows facing the hills. Tell us about the size and the bathrooms so the estimate is honest.

A move out or move in clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 for each additional hour. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.
An empty one or two bedroom condo usually finishes near the starting price. A large family house takes longer.
