Lake Forest grew in layers: the 1970s homes around the two lakes, the 1980s and 1990s neighborhoods of Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills against the Santa Ana Mountains, and new construction in Baker Ranch and along Bake Parkway. A deep clean finds a different kind of buildup in each.
We come from Orange, with no travel charge. After the first deep clean, regular cleaning from $120 a visit keeps the house at that level.
Homes around the lakes are now around fifty years old. Many have original or once remodeled bathrooms with darkened grout, sliding shower doors on metal tracks and small exhaust fans. Kitchens carry decades of grease on cabinet tops and range hoods. That is where most of the time goes on a first deep clean.
Homes on the foothill side are mostly two story, with tall entries, staircases and a lot of windows facing the hills. Dust from the open slopes and the canyons settles on sills, blinds, fan blades and stair railings. We clean each step and spindle and vacuum the tracks before wiping.
The foothills have had wildfire evacuations in the past. If ash or smoke got into the house, tell us. Light ash is vacuumed and wiped damp. Heavy soot is a job for a restoration company.
Newer homes look clean longer but show water spots on quartz, glass showers and black fixtures, and fine construction dust keeps settling in vents and tracks for months. A deep clean a few months after moving in takes care of both.
Most of Lake Forest is inside a homeowners association. Tell us the guest parking rules and any gate codes when you book, and we follow them.
Not part of a deep clean: moving heavy furniture, shampooing carpets, outside windows on a second floor, and litter boxes or cages. More detail on deep cleaning and deep vs regular cleaning.
A deep clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 for each additional hour. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.
A condo often finishes near the starting price. A two story Foothill Ranch home with three bathrooms takes longer. You get an estimate before we start.
We clean Monday to Friday. Call or text 657-557-0093 if a date matters.
