Irvine is not one kind of home. Woodbridge and parts of Northwood and Turtle Rock were built in the 1970s and 1980s, while the Great Park neighborhoods are still being built. A deep clean in a forty year old home and in a two year old one are different jobs.
We come from Orange, with no travel charge. After the first deep clean, regular cleaning from $120 a visit keeps the home at that level.
The newest Irvine homes have frameless glass showers, quartz vanities, matte black or brushed fixtures and large format tile. Orange County water is hard, and within a few months the glass and the fixtures carry a film that regular cleaning only slows down. A deep clean takes it off with products that are safe for the coatings and finishes, then dries everything so it does not spot again right away.
In Woodbridge, Northwood and the older parts of Turtle Rock, grout has darkened, exhaust fans are packed with dust and range hoods have years of grease. Many homes have been partly remodeled, so an old bathroom may sit next to a new kitchen. We treat each surface for what it is.
A large share of Irvine homes are attached townhomes and condos with stairs. Dust settles on every stair and railing, and the upstairs bathrooms see the most use. A deep clean does each step, the railing and every bathroom properly.
Many Irvine communities limit where service vehicles can park and when. Tell us your guest parking rules when you book, and we follow them.
Not part of a deep clean: moving heavy furniture, shampooing carpets, outside windows on a second floor, and litter boxes or cages. More detail on deep cleaning and deep vs regular cleaning.
A deep clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 for each additional hour. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.
A condo or a small townhome often finishes near the starting price. A large single family home in Turtle Rock or Orchard Hills takes longer. You get an estimate before we start.
