Tustin is really three different towns: the old streets around Main Street, the 1980s and 1990s homes of Tustin Ranch, and the new construction at Tustin Legacy on the old Marine base. A deep clean in each of them goes after different dirt.
We come from Orange, about ten minutes away, so there is no travel charge. One deep clean brings every room to the same baseline, and after that regular cleaning from $120 a visit keeps it there.
New construction keeps shedding drywall dust for months after move in. It sits on top of door frames, inside light fixtures, in the HVAC returns and in the tracks of the big sliding doors. A normal wipe moves it around. We vacuum it out of tracks and vents first and then wipe damp, so it does not come back by the next week.
Quartz and solid surface counters, matte black fixtures and large format tile are common here. They look clean from a distance and show every water spot up close. We use cleaners that are safe for them, not anything abrasive that leaves dull patches.
Homes around the golf course and the Ranch were built from the late 1980s on. By now the grout in the showers has darkened, the range hood filter has not been out in years, and the tops of tall cabinets and plant shelves near the vaulted ceilings carry a thick layer. That is exactly what a first deep clean is for.
The cottages and bungalows near Main Street and El Camino Real have older wood floors, painted trim and original windows. We keep water off old hardwood, use nothing acidic on older fixtures, and clean divided window panes by hand.
Many Tustin deep cleans are in two bedroom condos and apartments around the District, Jamboree and Red Hill. Smaller spaces get dirty in a concentrated way: a busy galley kitchen, one or two bathrooms that everyone uses, and a balcony slider that lets in road dust from the big streets nearby. In a unit like that, half the visit goes into the kitchen and the bathrooms, and the slider track and the balcony door glass take longer than people expect.
If you are planning to start regular cleaning in a smaller unit, one deep clean followed by visits every other week usually keeps the place easy to maintain at the regular price.
Not part of a deep clean: moving heavy furniture, shampooing carpets, outside windows on a second floor, and litter boxes or cages. More detail on deep cleaning and deep vs regular cleaning.
A deep clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 for each additional hour. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.
A two bedroom condo near the District usually finishes near the starting price. A four bedroom Tustin Ranch home with three bathrooms and a lot of glass takes longer. Time depends on bathrooms, kitchen grease and windows more than square footage.
We clean Monday to Friday. Call or text 657-557-0093 if a date matters.
Usually yes, once. Builders clean what you can see, but drywall dust keeps settling in tracks, vents and fixtures for months. One deep clean gets it out, then regular visits keep up.
Yes, tell us when you book. Both take real time, so we plan for them instead of rushing them at the end.
A lived in three or four bedroom home usually needs more than the first two hours. You get an estimate before we start and pay only for the time it took.
No. Many Tustin clients leave a key, a lockbox or a gate and door code. We lock up when we leave.

From $249 for the first two hours. Nothing is charged until the work is done.
