A move out clean goes where that checklist looks: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and the fridge, window tracks, baseboards and bathroom fixtures. Moving in, the same clean means you unpack into cupboards that were actually cleaned.
Leasing offices in Tustin usually inspect the same things every time: the oven, the fridge, the inside of kitchen cabinets, the bathroom grout and the tracks of the patio slider. Gated communities need a gate code or a guest pass for our car. Send it with the booking and you do not have to be there.

In a family house the time goes into the number of cabinets, bathrooms and windows. Older homes near Main Street get gentler products on original wood and fixtures, the same rules we use on every visit.

We clean Monday to Friday and, because our base in Orange is about ten minutes away, we can often move a booking by a day or two when the movers or the leasing office change plans.
