Usually yes, and same week is often possible for a move-out if you call rather than email — cancellations happen and we fill them. The hard window is the 28th to the 31st, when leases and orders cluster; book as far ahead as you can for those dates. If we cannot do it properly in the time available we will tell you straight away rather than leaving you hoping.
Window and slider tracks first — that is the most common deduction we see every single year, and they have to be dug out rather than wiped. Then inside the oven including between the door panes, inside and behind the fridge, inside every cabinet and drawer, extractor covers and light fittings off and washed, skirting boards and door frames, and the garage, which is regularly forgotten and regularly on the form.
After the furniture is out, always. A clean around boxes has to be done twice and that is your money, not ours. If the fridge is switched off it needs defrosting before we arrive — tell us in advance so we plan the time.
