When a house has been home for decades, the empty rooms show what furniture hid: dust lines along the walls, marks on the carpet, cabinets with old shelf paper and closets full of dust in the corners. We clean all of it inside and tell you honestly what cleaning can fix and what needs paint, carpet cleaning or repair.
If family is coordinating the move from out of town, we can work with a key, a lockbox or the real estate agent.
New owners want to start fresh. Before the furniture arrives, the kitchen, the bathrooms, every closet and the laundry room are cleaned inside, so you unpack into clean spaces.
Leases near the college turn over mostly at the end of the spring semester. Shared units need extra time in the kitchen and bathrooms. Book two to three weeks ahead for late May and June.
