Seal Beach is a small city with very different homes: tall, narrow houses on the small lots of Old Town near Main Street and the pier, 1960s family homes in College Park East and on the Hill, and the apartments and cottages of Leisure World. A deep clean is planned around each one.
Seal Beach sits at the north end of the coast, and we schedule it together with nearby jobs, with no travel charge.
Many newer Old Town homes are built up instead of out: a garage on the ground floor, living space in the middle, bedrooms and a deck on top. Stairs, railings and the decks facing the beach get sand and salt, and the bathrooms are spread across all three levels. A deep clean takes each level in turn, top to bottom.
The family neighborhoods were mostly built in the 1960s. Original or once remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, wall heaters in some homes and old window tracks are where a first deep clean spends its time.
Leisure World is a gated community, so we need a gate pass arranged before the visit. Units are small, but a deep clean there is careful work: kitchens and bathrooms done thoroughly, high and low places that are hard to reach for residents, and nothing moved without asking. Family members often book it for a parent, and we coordinate with whoever arranges it.
Not part of a deep clean: moving heavy furniture, shampooing carpets, outside windows on a second floor, and litter boxes or cages. More detail on deep cleaning and deep vs regular cleaning.
A deep clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 for each additional hour. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.
A Leisure World unit or a small cottage can finish near the starting price. A three story Old Town home with three bathrooms takes longer. You get an estimate before we start.
