La Habra packs three eras of houses into one small city: older homes on the streets near downtown, the big wave of 1950s and 1960s tracts, and the newer hillside homes up in Westridge and Hillcrest. A deep clean goes after a different kind of buildup in each.
La Habra is a drive from our base in Orange, so we schedule north county jobs together on set days. That keeps the time in your home, not on the freeway, and there is no travel charge.
Most La Habra homes were built in the postwar years. Many still have small bathrooms with tile walls, a tub and shower combination and sliding shower doors on metal tracks. Soap scum and mildew build up in those tracks and along the tub caulk where a quick wipe never reaches. On a deep clean we take the time to clean the tracks, the grout lines and the base of the toilet properly.
The streets close to downtown have some of the oldest houses in town, with older wood floors, painted trim and windows that do not seal the way new ones do. More street dust gets in, and old finishes need gentle products. We keep water off old wood and nothing acidic touches older fixtures.
Up the hill the homes are larger, often two story, with more bathrooms, more glass and views toward the basin. Dust from the open slopes settles on sills, fan blades and the tops of tall furniture. That is where much of the time goes on a first deep clean.
Many La Habra clients start with one deep clean and then move to a visit every other week on a fixed north county day. After the deep clean the regular visit stays short and the price stays at the regular rate from $120, because the heavy work is already done.
Not part of a deep clean: moving heavy furniture, shampooing carpets, outside windows on a second floor, and litter boxes or cages. More detail on deep cleaning and deep vs regular cleaning.
A deep clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 for each additional hour. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.
A two bedroom tract home often finishes not far past the starting price. A Westridge home with three bathrooms takes longer. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.

Yes, tell us when you book so we plan the time for it.
Yes. They are one of the main things we do on a deep clean in older La Habra homes. If the caulk or the track is damaged, we tell you rather than scrub it.
