Anaheim Hills has two kinds of moves: renters leaving condos and apartments in the complexes along Weir Canyon Road and Santa Ana Canyon Road, and families buying and selling houses on the hills. Both are judged on the inside of the cabinets, the appliances and the bathrooms.

Many condo and apartment communities here have set moving hours, rules for the common areas and a key or remote return at the office. Tell us those rules and your deadline when you book. We plan the clean to finish before you have to hand everything back.
Units on the canyon side get a lot of dust on balconies and in slider tracks. We clean the inside of the balcony door, the track and the sill so they pass the walkthrough.
Larger houses on the slopes often have several levels, long staircases and doors out to terraced yards. Every stair edge, railing and door track gets cleaned. In an empty two story house, the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets still take most of the time.
Before the listing photos, clean windows and sliders matter more here than almost anywhere else, because the photographer is shooting toward the view. We clean every reachable window inside, the tracks and the sills.

A move out or move in clean is $249 for the first two hours, then $100 for each additional hour. You get an estimate before we start and pay after the work is done.
An empty one or two bedroom condo usually finishes near the starting price. A large hillside house takes longer, mostly because of cabinets, bathrooms and windows.
