Fullerton has two colleges and a lot of rentals. Around Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton College and downtown, leases turn over on the academic calendar, and landlords check the same things every time: the oven, the fridge, the inside of the cabinets and the bathroom.
A move out clean covers all of that, plus window tracks, baseboards and closets. We come up from Orange, with no travel charge.
Leases near campus and along Nutwood and Commonwealth end in clusters, mostly around the end of the spring semester in May and again in December. Every tenant needs a cleaner in the same few days, so book two to three weeks ahead. Shared houses with several roommates usually have the most kitchen grease and the busiest bathrooms, and that is where deposit deductions start.
If roommates are splitting the cost, one person can book and the price is the same total. Nobody needs to be there if we get a key or a lockbox code.
Apartments and houses near downtown are often decades old, with original cabinets, old tile and wall heaters. They take longer than their size suggests, and we use mild products on old surfaces so the clean does not cause damage that ends up on the deduction list instead.
Before listing photos or the buyer's final walkthrough, an empty house in Sunny Hills or Raymond Hills gets every cabinet, closet, window track and bathroom cleaned. Clean glass makes the biggest difference in the photos of hillside homes with a view.
Some buildings near downtown Fullerton are older walk ups without an elevator and with limited street parking. Moving out of one of them takes planning: the clean has to fit around the movers, and our team carries supplies up the stairs.
Tell us the floor, the parking situation and any building rules when you book. We schedule enough time so the clean is done properly before you hand back the keys, not rushed at the end of moving day.
