Newer buildings near the stadium and the Honda Center usually require residents to reserve the freight elevator or the loading dock for move days, and some ask vendors to check in at the front desk. In these units the inspection focuses on the large windows, the balcony door track, quartz counters and stainless appliances. We clean and dry those surfaces so they look right in a bright, empty room.
Many Anaheim renters work at the resort, the hospitals or the stadium on shifts, and move dates change. Because we are next door in Orange, moving a booking by a day or two is usually possible. You do not need to be there while we clean.
Older duplexes near downtown and in West Anaheim often have wall heaters, older kitchens and window frames that collect freeway grime. Private landlords check those personally. We clean the heater covers, window frames, cabinet interiors and the space around the stove where it can be moved safely.
