Owners who rent out a townhome usually do the walkthrough themselves and check every level: the kitchen, each bathroom, the stairs, the patio slider and the garage entry. We clean every level the same way, including the stair edges and railing, the laundry closet and the inside of every cabinet.
Many communities here are gated and have rules for moving days and vendor parking. Send the gate code and the rules with the booking, and we plan around them.
Before the listing photos, clean glass makes a bigger difference here than almost anywhere. We clean every reachable window inside, the sliders and their tracks, and dry the stone and quartz surfaces so nothing streaks in the photos.
