In a townhome, each level is checked: the garage entry and laundry, the main floor kitchen and living area, and the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Stairs and railings are cleaned step by step, and the garage level entry gets the same attention as the kitchen.
Rentals near campus turn over mostly at the end of the academic year. Shared units need extra time in the kitchen and bathrooms. Book two to three weeks ahead for late spring.
