In Cypress many moves are families leaving a house they have lived in for decades, often when parents downsize. There are also rentals near Cypress College and condos and apartments across the city. In every case the empty home is judged on the inside of the cabinets, the appliances, the closets and the bathrooms.

Clearing a family home is a lot of work, often spread across siblings in different places. Once the furniture is gone, we clean every room, every cabinet and closet inside and the garage entry and laundry area, so the house is ready for the agent and the buyers. We can coordinate with whichever family member is arranging the sale, and with the real estate agent for access.
Leases near the college turn over mostly at the end of the spring semester. Shared rentals need extra time in the kitchen and bathrooms. Book two to three weeks ahead for late May and June.
Leasing offices and condo owners check the oven, the fridge, cabinets, bathrooms and the patio slider track. Send us your checklist and we clean to it.
