Huntington Beach has a lot of rentals near downtown and Main Street, along the coast and around Golden West College, plus houses changing owners all over the city. Near the beach, the walkthrough often comes down to sand: in the slider tracks, along the carpet edges and in the bathroom.
A move out clean takes care of that along with the oven, the fridge and the inside of every cabinet. We come from Orange, with no travel charge.
Slider tracks, window tracks and the shower door track hold sand that a quick sweep leaves behind. Landlords near the beach know to look there. We vacuum every track first and then wipe it out, along with the floor at every door and the garage entry.
Near the coast, bathrooms and closets on outside walls can get mildew, especially in units that were closed up for a while. We clean the grout, the caulk line, the fan cover and the closet walls and shelves. If caulk needs replacing, we tell you before the walkthrough so you can deal with it.
Buildings near Main Street often have limited parking and stairs instead of elevators. Tell us the parking situation and the floor when you book, so we plan enough time and the clean is not rushed on moving day.

Surface mildew comes off with cleaning. If it has grown under the caulk, the caulk needs replacing, and we tell you before the walkthrough.
