A move out clean covers the oven, the fridge, every cabinet and closet, bathrooms, baseboards and window tracks. We group south coast jobs on set days, with no travel charge.
Small rentals here often have old wood windows, small bathrooms and kitchens that have seen many tenants. Owners usually walk them in person and look at the kitchen, the bathroom, the windows and the floors. We clean old wood and fixtures with gentle products, so the clean does not cause damage that ends up on the deduction list.
Many homes are reached by stairs, and parking near them is scarce, especially in summer. Tell us where we can park and how to get in. Booking a weekday morning outside the summer season makes everything easier.
Before listing photos, clean glass and clean decks make the view part of the sale. We clean every reachable window and glass door inside, the tracks and the sills, and dry stone and wood surfaces so nothing streaks in the photos.
