The owner usually walks through in person and checks the stove, the fridge, the bathroom and the floors first.

When a family leaves a house after many years, the kitchen, the garage door to the house, the laundry area and the window tracks usually need the most work. Tell us what was there, for example a big family kitchen or pets, so the estimate is honest.
